A1MEDIA OS

Terms of Service

Draft prepared 5 October 2026 · Effective date: [TODO: set on publication]

DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE — ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE PUBLISHING. Prepared 2026-10-05 by A1Media Marketing LLC from facts available at drafting; unverified items marked [TODO].

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of A1MEDIA OS (the "Dashboard"), run by A1Media Marketing LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("A1"). By signing in you agree to them. If your business has a signed Master Services Agreement ("MSA") with A1, the MSA covers fees, deliverables, any guarantee and liability, and it wins over these terms if they conflict.

2. Who may use it

The Dashboard is for A1's clients, their authorised team members, and A1 staff. You must be 18 or older and able to act for your business. Accounts are created by A1 only.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (videos, photos, brand details). You give A1 permission to store, copy, edit and process it, including with the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to provide our services to you. Ownership of finished deliverables is set out in the MSA.

6. Approvals and publishing

You are responsible for reviewing every script, caption, thumbnail and edit before it is published under your name, and for the truth of the claims in it.

Regulated industries. If you work in financial services, insurance or investments (for example, as a registered representative or a Primerica representative), you must get any approval your broker-dealer, carrier, home office or compliance department requires before using our content. Approving content inside the Dashboard, and any compliance flags our software shows, are production steps only. They are not a compliance review or approval under FINRA Rule 2210, the SEC Marketing Rule, insurance advertising rules or your firm's policies, and A1 does not give legal, investment, tax or insurance advice.

7. AI-generated content

Parts of the Dashboard use artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material, and may not be protected by copyright. Treat it as a draft. A1 AI, the in-app assistant, is automated; it is not a person and does not give professional advice.

8. Results

Views, followers, leads and sales depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms' algorithms and your own participation. Except for any guarantee written into your signed MSA, and only on the conditions stated there, we do not promise any specific result. Statistics in the Dashboard come from the platforms and may change or be corrected by them.

9. Third-party services

The Dashboard connects to services such as YouTube, Instagram, GoHighLevel, Google Drive and Slack. Their own terms apply, and A1 is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or actions on your accounts. Embedded YouTube and Instagram players are provided by those companies.

10. Our property

The Dashboard, its software, design, prompts, templates and AI agents belong to A1. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it while your business is an A1 client.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Dashboard available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features. We will give clients reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in your MSA, the Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, A1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, and A1's total liability relating to the Dashboard is limited as set out in your MSA [lawyer: cap if no MSA applies].

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify A1 against claims arising from content you upload or publish, your claims about your business, or your breach of these terms or of rules that apply to your industry.

15. Ending access

Your access ends when your business's MSA ends or if we suspend it under section 3. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. [lawyer: venue county, arbitration, class-action and jury waivers]

17. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; A1 may transfer them with its business. Questions: [TODO: legal contact email].
